1. Why would you like to join the Murlocs?
I have at least four friends in the Murlocs (Vitae, Hosenheffer, Mutaka, Ferrousfirma) and they seem to love their guild. Your description sounds like the guild I just came from. I enjoyed my guild, but the leaders disappeared months ago and I'm one of the last few to give up hope. It's hard to find pugs all the time, and it can get boring without people to talk to.
2. What kind of player would you say that you are?
I see myself as somewhat of a serious player. I have only been playing for about a year and a half, and this is my second 80. I have a one year old son, so I don't get to play as often as I like, but I'm usually on at least a few nights a week. This toon is spec'd as a tank, so I've read a few dozen forums on DK tank builds and watched a few tanking videos. I have Dr Damage, Diamond Threat Meter and Recount to be aware of what's happening/happened in a fight. I've got the best gear I can afford and hoping to do some level 80 instances to get some upgrades. He's also an herbalist/inscriptionist, and as such I've gotten all the minor glyphs and almost finished all of the Northrend Inscription Research, with a half dozen Books of Glyph Mastery for when I hit 425 this week.
3. What could our guild expect if you were invited?
As a guild member, I offer any knowledge that I have obtained, anything I can make for a guildmate and any time I can spare to help others. As I said, I have a one year old and he takes top priority, but that doesn't mean I won't be on most nights.
4. What are your expectations of the guild?
I'm looking for people to talk to and people to run with. I finally hit 80 and will need people to run instances with for better gear. I also would like to work on achievements, some of which are easier when you have people you are familiar with and have a rhythm with.
5. What do you think you bring to a guild that you join?
As I said, I would offer any knowledge, skills and time that I can.
